Approach

We know that your online presence should be as unique as your business. That’s why we start our process with getting to know you, your business, your industry, and your position in your industry. We know that a generic approach that makes you look just the same as all your competitors will not get the results you seek.

In general, when we take on a new client we use the following three-step approach to get started:
  1. Learn about your business. We start with questionnaires and follow up with phone interviews to learn more about you. What are your unique strengths? What’s your selling proposition?
  2. Document. To make sure we heard everything correctly and have come to the proper conclusions, we write up our understanding of your current business position and situation. This understanding could be helpful to you for other purposes as well, such as strategic planning.
  3. Develop a strategy. Once we understand your business, we work with you to formulate an online marketing strategy that will accomplish your goals and work within your budget. To the extent possible we always try and make use of existing resources, including reusing content, as long as it can be done without compromising on quality.
Once we have the strategy in place, we proceed to develop and execute the plan. For a new website starting from scratch, it’s typically a five to six week process from our first meeting to the launch of your site.
