The reason we don’t follow that approach is that we believe our most important asset is our reputation. Many online marketing firms will promise the moon, take your money, and deliver nothing. Obviously companies like that may win business once, but they won’t win any repeat business, and they won’t get referrals from satisfied customers.

We’ve found the best source of new business is referrals from happy, satisfied clients. If we succeed, you succeed, and everyone’s happy. The loss we suffer from the occasional piece of business we turn away is small compared with the gains we get from having only satisfied customers.
